Firth Improvement, a Business improvement consultancy, announced today that they have signed a consulting partnership with Reinvigoration; provider of ‘Lean for Services’ training and consultancy to many leading UK and international service industry organisations.
The agreement confirms Firth Improvement as a supplier of sub-contracted services for Reinvigoration, including but not exclusively the provision of consulting resources to assist with Reinvigorations growing client book. Additionally the agreement allows for future collaboration on projects across Europe.

Reinvigoration have shared a compelling vision for growth in 2015 and beyond, and I am confident that Firth Improvement can assist these ambitious plans.”

The Reinvigoration methodology is derived from Lean, Six Sigma, Systems Thinking and the many client projects they have delivered. They’ve taken the merits (and dismissed the flaws) in each approach and successfully applied them to the service sector.
