Firth Improvement, a Business improvement consultancy, and 100% Effective, a Lean Six Sigma training company, extended the terms of their existing partnership recently by collaborating on a consulting project in the Middle East.
The two companies already have agreements in place for Firth Improvement to be an official reseller of 100% Effective’s wide and diverse range of online and classroom based training material, of which Firth Improvement was able to provide a number of delegates for a recent Six Sigma Green Belt course in Amsterdam.
100% Effective reached out to Firth Improvement after a client of theirs requested support in developing a range of recommendations to improve productivity at the company. Firth Improvement Managing Director, Luke Firth explains “John [Wellwood, 100% Effective’s MD] required access to our pool of associate consultant resources to boost the team that he was pulling together to complete the engagement. We moved quickly to present a range of suitable and available consultants from our resource pool, and I’m pleased to say that John took 3 associates to Abu Dhabi.”
